CONNECT! Coalition is a group of organizations and individuals dedicated to connecting the importance of soft skills to success in the workplace and society-at-large. It is a joint project of the BWCC Foundation and the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation.

Coalition members believe that people must demonstrate appropriate workplace behavior to help businesses succeed, and to move ahead in their own careers. Examples of these skills include:
